Solar heating systems can be used for domestic water heating, swimming pool heating or both. They can be easily integrated with traditional heating technologies and other renewable energy systems.

We can provide monitoring and performance display equipment so that the benefits of installing a solar system can be promoted to students.

Grants

Non-Profit Community Organisations: When installing a solar hot water system you may be able to claim a 50% (up to £200,000) grant through the Low Carbon Buildings Programme Phase 2 Extended (LCBP2E) scheme, as well as a 50% (up to £50,000) grant through the Community Sustainable Energy Programme (CSEP). Applications are very involved and there is no guarantee you will be awarded a grant. We can assist you through the application process.
